They are able to put out content that attracts their ideal clients, while taking advantage of the 7-4-11 principle: 7 hours of watch time, 4 different platforms, with 11 brand touchpoints. This turns strangers into clients with net negative cost per acquisition.

2. Paid Machine

When companies have offer scalability, VSL synchronicity, and organic virality, they're able to turn paid ads into an output machine. 5. Conversion Engine: When 70% of the heavy lifting is done by the front-end marketing, creating a sales machine becomes a lot more profitable, fun & easy to outsource. 7-figure companies have their sales machine down to a science, where more throughput equals more deals.

6. Retention Inertia: This is created once there's so much throughput via marketing & sales, that much like the laws of physics: clients in motion stay in motion. This means cross-selling opportunities, high lifetime value & increased profitability.
